They are easy to put on and take off. They look beautiful and are super comfortable! This is something I'm always struggling with...finding shoes and boots that are both comfortable and cute! There's not a lot of arch support, but there's room for an insole if you need it. I would say these run true to size. I bought the size I wear everyday
